Terms of Service

These initial public terms describe practical rules for using ReZone accounts, listings, support routes, and classified marketplace features.

Initial public policy contentEffective date: June 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service describe the basic rules for using ReZone, including the public storefront, account access, classified marketplace listings, support routes, and related services.

By visiting ReZone, creating or accessing an account, browsing listings, posting marketplace content, or contacting support, you agree to use the service responsibly and follow these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ReZone.

This is initial public terms content for the current ReZone marketplace MVP. It may be updated as product, account, messaging, payment, moderation, and support features mature.

2. ReZone marketplace role

ReZone provides a marketplace surface where users can discover, create, and manage classified-style listings and related account activity. Unless clearly stated otherwise, buyers and sellers are responsible for the details, accuracy, pricing, condition, legality, and completion of their own transactions.

ReZone may provide safety guidance, reporting paths, listing review tools, and support surfaces, but those tools do not replace each user's responsibility to act carefully, lawfully, and honestly.

3. Accounts and authentication

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and promptly reporting unauthorized access or suspicious account activity.

If you use Google or another identity provider to sign in, you authorize ReZone to use the authentication information provided by that service to create, locate, or secure your ReZone account experience.

4. Listings and user content

Users are responsible for listing titles, descriptions, photos, prices, locations, availability, seller details, and any other content they submit. Listings should be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

Do not post illegal items, abusive content, scams, impersonation, malware, private information without permission, or content that violates another person's rights. ReZone may remove or restrict content when needed for safety, policy, legal, or service-quality reasons.

5. Buyer and seller conduct

Use ReZone respectfully. Do not harass users, pressure buyers or sellers, evade safety tools, manipulate listings, attempt fraud, request unsafe payment behavior, or interfere with the service.

Users should inspect listings carefully, keep communications clear, follow local laws, choose safe exchange methods, and preserve evidence when a marketplace issue needs support review.

6. Payments, fulfillment, and disputes

Current marketplace flows may include placeholder or evolving payment, order, delivery, support, or moderation behavior. Unless ReZone explicitly provides a managed payment or fulfillment feature, users remain responsible for transaction decisions and outcomes.

If a dispute, suspicious listing, or safety concern occurs, pause the transaction, preserve relevant details, and contact support through the current support route.

7. Service changes and availability

ReZone may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features as the marketplace develops. We aim to keep public browsing, account access, support, and safety surfaces reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Beta, staging, or preview surfaces may contain placeholder content, incomplete workflows, or test data and should not be treated as final production functionality unless ReZone clearly states otherwise.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ReZone is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by user listings, user conduct, third-party services, unavailable features, or marketplace transactions outside ReZone's direct control.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Contact

For terms questions, account concerns, listing issues, safety reports, or marketplace support, contact ReZone through the public support route at /support/contact.
